Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and self motivated Content Creator & Social Media Manager who is passionate about modern content trends and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing content creation while handling all company social media platforms with consistency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and grow Linknbit’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Handle overall social media account management, including content posting, scheduling, and basic engagement.
• Create engaging, high-quality social media content (posts, captions, reels, carousels, etc.).
• Plan, shoot, and produce original content independently.
• Handle end-to-end video production, including editing and publishing.
• Research competitor agencies and industry trends to generate new ideas and implement them effectively.
• Stay updated with modern content trends to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and professionalism across all platforms and content.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Gen-Z and modern content trends, styles, and digital behaviour.
• Confident on camera (not camera shy).
• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut and Canva.
• Strong skills in video editing and content creation.
• Good aesthetic sense and strong design understanding.
• Knowledge of graphic designing is a plus.
