Position title: Content Creator & Social Media Manager
Reports to: Brand Director
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Fine Arts (with digital/media specialization), Master’s degree preferred.
Experience Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in social media management, with at least 4 years in the luxury or a similar high-end industry.
Job Location/ Hours: This position is based in Dubai, with occasional travel required.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

About the position
- The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy to manage brand story & values, improve organic efforts, and drive engagement across all social media platforms dedicated to engaging Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI) through innovative digital experiences. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.,

Job Skills
1. Proven expertise in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
2. Story knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
3. Strong understanding of discrete luxury brand dynamics and HNI/UHNI behavior.
4. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Major responsibilities: Social Media Strategy:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s overall positioning and communication objectives.
2. Social media calendar- Create a detailed social media calendar outlining daily, weekly, and monthly content plans in coordination with the visual & graphic team.
3. Schedule posts around key dates, events, campaigns, and holidays relevant to our Brand messaging strategy.
Content Creation and Curation:
4. Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (including images, videos, graphics & texts) tailored for each social media platform that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and values.

5. Instagram –
o Create an Instagram messaging that resonates with the Brand’s philosophy and produce a consistent framework and tone of voice which can be used on all social media channels.
o Forming an active conversation base by engaging with relevant accounts to increase organic reach, aided with planned Instagram stories on a day-to-day basis.

6. Oversee the design and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.

Online Community Management:
7. Build, nurture & engage a community of followers through regular interaction and engagement on Social Media.
8. Foster and grow an online community that reflects the brand’s story and values.
9. Deep understanding of paid advertising, targeted campaigns, and audience segmentation for luxury/UHNI brands.
10. Experience in influencer management platforms and CRM tools for relationship building
Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
11. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
12. Experiment with new features and strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of social media innovation.
13. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and social media analytics for performance measurement.
14. Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization of content and campaigns.
