Content Creator & Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute creative content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Record and participate in video shoots, reels, and photo sessions for brand content.
• Write catchy captions, scripts, and post descriptions aligned with brand tone.
• Schedule and manage daily posting and engagement on social media.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team for campaigns and visual content.
• Monitor analytics to improve performance and reach.
• Stay updated with the latest social media and content trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation, management, or SMO.
• Confidence in front of the camera for short video or reel recordings.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and content editing basics.
• Excellent writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Knowledge of Meta tools, YouTube Shorts, or SEO basics is a plus.
