We are looking for a creative, reliable, and experienced full-time Content Creator to strengthen our online presence, keep our followers engaged, and build a strong brand identity across all social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Produce high-quality content: videos, reels, graphics, photos, stories, and written posts.
- Build weekly and monthly content calendars for both brands.
- Create informative, visually appealing, and engaging content that encourages followers to stay.
Social Media Management
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and page updates across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Handle community management: reply to comments, DMs, and inquiries professionally.
- Monitor follower behavior to reduce unfollowing and improve retention.
- Provide regular analytics reports and insights for improvement.
Meta Expertise (Must-Have)
- Strong, extensive knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Meta analytics tools.
- Ability to run, manage, and optimize boosting and ad campaigns.
- Understanding of Meta algorithms and how to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Skilled in audience targeting, remarketing, and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Full-time role (48 hours per week).
- Proven experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Manager.
- Strong copywriting, video editing, and graphic design skills.
- Extensive experience with Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook).
- Ability to communicate healthcare and document-clearing services in a clear, professional, and appealing way.
- Highly organized, creative, and able to manage content for two brands simultaneously.
- Portfolio or sample work REQUIRED.
