About The Role
We are looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist who is highly creative, strong
in content writing, and able to turn ideas into engaging content across social media platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who can create content from the ground up - from ideation and
scripting to on-ground shooting and appearing on camera when needed. The right candidate
should have a strong understanding of branding and social media content, with a good eye for
storytelling, trends, and audience engagement.
In addition to content creation, we are looking for someone who has a basic to intermediate
understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, and can support
simple content-related editing tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media

Create engaging, creative, and brand-aligned content for social media platforms

Write strong captions, post copy, video scripts, and content ideas in both clear and
audience-friendly formats
-
Develop content concepts for posts, reels, short videos, and brand storytelling
-
Plan and execute social media content calendars in alignment with business goals
-
Stay updated with trends, formats, and content opportunities relevant to the market
On-Ground Content Production

Visit pharmacies and field locations to capture real, relevant, and engaging content
-
Participate in content shooting on-ground and coordinate simple content production
when needed

Appear on camera confidently for videos, reels, interviews, and social content when
Required

Translate day-to-day business activity into strong social media storytelling
Content Editing & Creative Execution

Make simple edits to reels, short videos, and social media content
-
Support simple design adjustments for content pieces when needed
-
Work closely with designers or other team members to ensure content is visually aligned
with the brand
Digital Marketing Support

Have a working understanding of SEO fundamentals and how content supports organic
growth
-
Support basic content needs related to Meta Ads campaigns
-
Have exposure to Google Ads and understand how content can support campaign
performance
-
Collaborate on content that supports both brand awareness and lead generation efforts
Requirements

3–5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or related digital marketing
roles
-
Strong content writing and copywriting skills
-
Proven ability to generate creative ideas and turn them into content that performs
-
Experience in creating social media content for brands, including posts, reels, and
short-form video
-
Comfortable with on-ground shooting and content creation outside the office
-
Confident appearing on camera when needed
-
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads

Exposure to Google Ads is a plus

Ability to do simple editing for reels and short videos

Ability to make simple design/content edits is a plus

Strong sense of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement
