We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative, energized, and highly motivated Content Creator & Video Editor to lead our content team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Content Creator & Video Editor who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and oversee the production of digital content across all our platforms—Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and website. This role also includes team coordination, creative direction, and project management to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality output.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Video Editing

• Plan, script, and produce engaging content for social media, ads, website, and campaigns.
• Shoot high-quality videos and photos showcasing products, athletes, events, and brand lifestyle.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, product promos, testimonials).
• Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and audio to enhance content quality.
• Maintain brand consistency in storytelling, color grading, and messaging.

Team Leadership & Project Management

• Manage a small creative team (designers, junior editors, photographers).
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Oversee content calendar and coordinate with marketing and product teams.
• Provide direction during shoots and ensure efficient workflow throughout the production process.
• Conduct weekly creative meetings and performance reviews.

Social Media & Marketing Coordination

• Work closely with the social media team to execute content strategies and campaigns.
• Brainstorm creative concepts to increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
• Stay updated with fitness, health, and supplement industry trends.
• Optimize content for each platform to maximize performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Video Editor (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
• Strong storytelling, filming, and editing skills.
• Experience managing or leading a creative team.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially in the fitness and wellness industry.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the fitness, nutrition, or sports industry is a plus.
• Ability to appear on camera when needed.
• Photography skills and knowledge of lighting setups.
