Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and engaging Content Creator to join the team and represent our brand on TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, original, and engaging live and recorded content that aligns with TikTok’s community guidelines and platform standards.

Key Responsibilities:

l Create, host, and manage live streams and other content on TikTok.

l Ensure full compliance with TikTok’s community guidelines and platform rules.

l Build and maintain a positive, interactive, and engaging environment during all live sessions.

l Collaborate with the Cartea team to align content with brand goals and audience expectations.

l Consistently strive to improve content performance, reach, and engagement.

l Avoid the use of multiple accounts or any prohibited/illegal activities on the platform.

Requirements:

l Proven experience as a content creator/streamer, preferably on TikTok or other social media platforms.

l Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

l Creative mindset with the ability to connect with and engage audiences.

l Ability to adapt content strategies to improve engagement and performance.

l Familiarity with TikTok’s policies, community standards, and algorithm is a plus.

l Performance & Compliance:

l All content must strictly adhere to TikTok’s guidelines and agency standards.

l Female candidates are preferred with proficiency in Arabic
