Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator who can plan, shoot, edit, and design high-quality content for digital platforms. This role requires someone who understands storytelling, visual presentation, and brand positioning.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling a camera, editing short-form videos, and creating supporting graphics. You will be responsible for producing engaging social media content for Upmotion Tech, Hassan Munj’s personal brand, and Leap.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, script, and execute short-form video content, primarily Reels and similar formats
• Shoot videos using professional cameras or smartphones with proper framing and lighting
• Edit videos with strong pacing, captions, transitions, and sound design
• Design thumbnails, covers, carousels, and supporting graphics
• Maintain visual consistency across all brands
• Develop content ideas aligned with business goals and audience interests
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips
• Stay updated with platform trends while maintaining brand tone
• Manage basic posting schedules and content organization

Required Skills

• Strong video shooting and editing skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar
• Graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Good sense of storytelling and audience engagement
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and short-form content formats
