Experienced Graphic Designer - IT

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, hands-on experience with modern design tools, and the ability to create engaging digital creatives for marketing and branding purposes. You should be comfortable using both traditional design software and AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital creatives, social media posts, and marketing materials
• Create visually appealing layouts for branding and promotional campaigns
• Maintain design consistency across all brand assets
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand design requirements
• Use AI-based design tools for image enhancement, content creation, and creative automation
• Ensure high-quality visuals with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines

Core Tools & Technologies

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Figma
• Canva
• AI-based design tools and platforms (generative design, image enhancement, content creation tools)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Strong design sense with an eye for visuals and aesthetics
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Understanding of branding, layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to design digital and marketing creatives
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and creativity
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills (Plus)

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing
• Experience working with digital marketing teams
• Portfolio showcasing creative design work

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
