Content Creator & Video Editing Intern

GOM ATHLEISURE is a New York-based fashion and wellness brand focused on elevated athleisure, thoughtful design, and modern lifestyle content. We are building a brand that blends style, movement, and everyday wellness, while also growing a strong founder-led digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

We are looking for a creative, visually strong, and detail-oriented Content Creator & Video Editing Intern to support our content production. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands short-form video, and can help bring a founder-led fashion and lifestyle brand to life through engaging digital content.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with filming founder-led content, behind-the-scenes moments, lifestyle videos, and brand-related content
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Support light editing for longer-form YouTube vlog content when needed
• Help organize content ideas, references, mood boards, and weekly content plans
• Assist with shoot preparation, styling support, and content day logistics
• Work closely with the founder to create visually elevated, platform-appropriate content
• Help maintain a consistent visual tone across social media channels

Qualifications:

• Strong visual sense and understanding of fashion, lifestyle, or wellness content
• Experience editing short-form videos
• Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools
• Comfortable filming vertical video content on iPhone or camera
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to execute creative direction efficiently
• Interest in social media, personal branding, fashion, wellness, or founder-led brands

Preferred:

• Prior experience creating or editing content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
• Basic understanding of current social media trends and short-form storytelling
• A portfolio or sample edits that demonstrate taste, pacing, and strong editing instincts
