Content Creator / Videographer (Intern/Part-Time)

Job Summary
The Schafers Group is looking for a creative, motivated Content Creator / Social Media Intern to help produce engaging digital content that showcases our listings, highlights local neighborhoods, and expands our presence across social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys video creation, storytelling, and social media trends, and wants hands-on experience working with a fast-growing real estate brand. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing Director to conceptualize, film, and edit content designed to drive engagement and grow our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Film and assist with listing walkthroughs and home tour videos
• Produce neighborhood spotlight content featuring local businesses, communities, and lifestyle around Cincinnati
• Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas that help grow social media reach and engagement
• Assist with on-site content capture at listings, events, or local spots
• Edit and format videos for social media (vertical formats, captions, trending audio, etc.)
• Monitor trends and suggest new formats or concepts that align with current social media behavior
• Organize and deliver content to the marketing team for publishing

Qualifications

• Interest in content creation, social media, marketing, or real estate
• Comfortable filming with smartphones or cameras
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools preferred)
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Must be local to the Cincinnati area for in-person filming

Schedule & Compensation

• 10–15 hours per week
• Some weekend availability required

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
