At Gronda, we're building the world's go-to platform for professional chefs and food obsessives and our social media is a big part of how we do it. With 2.5 million app users and 1.5 million Instagram followers, we're already in the game. But honestly? We're just getting started.

We're on a mission to hit 10 million followers and cement Gronda as the defining voice in culinary culture.

To get there, we need someone who doesn't just understand social media but who lives it.

Your role

As our Social Media Specialist, you own the channels. All of them. You'll be the creative brain and executing force behind our content — building real connections with professional chefs, home cooks, and food lovers around the world.

This isn't a "post three times a week and write a report" kind of job. We want bold ideas, fast execution, and content that actually makes people stop scrolling.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and build scalable content formats - develop original, repeatable video series that drive consistent reach and engagement across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Turn ideas into finished content - script, shoot, and edit videos yourself, or work with creators/editors to bring formats to life
  • Collaborate with creators - identify, brief, and work closely with chefs and UGC creators to execute strong content
  • Continuously improve performance - analyze what works, iterate on formats, and double down on winners
  • Stay ahead of content trends - spot emerging formats early and adapt them to fit Gronda in a unique way

What you bring

  • Proven ability to develop content formats - you’ve built or contributed to formats/series that consistently perform (not just one-off posts)
  • Strong storytelling and scripting skills - you know how to hook, structure, and retain attention in video
  • A real passion for the culinary world - our audience is chefs and food lovers, and you need to get what makes them tick
  • Hands-on video editing skills - you can independently edit high-quality social content (fast turnaround, native to each platform)
  • A genuine feel for audiences - you know how to research, understand, and speak to different communities
  • Deep understanding of social platforms - you know what works on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and why
  • High creative taste + ownership - you care about quality, think in ideas, and take responsibility from concept to final output

Location: Remote in the EU or in our office in Innsbruck or Barcelona

️ Working hours: Full-time

Salary: Min. €46,000 (overpay based on skills)

Other benefits: Tech and learning budget, two team off-sites a year etc.
