Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our Real Estate Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing high-quality video content that showcases our properties, construction progress, brand identity, and marketing campaigns. The Videographer will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence across social media, websites, and promotional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for:
• Property walkthroughs and showcases
• Construction progress updates
• Corporate and branding videos
• Social media reels, shorts, and promotional content
• Client testimonials and events
• Operate and maintain cameras, drones (if licensed), lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edit videos using professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Create engaging short-form content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
• Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Manage video files, backups, and content libraries.
• Stay updated with current video trends, especially in real estate marketing.
• Assist with photography when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably in real estate, construction, or property marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing videography and editing work.
• Proficiency in video editing software.
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, composition, and sound.
• Experience with drone videography is an advantage (valid UAE GCAA license preferred, if applicable).
• Ability to work on-site at project locations.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
