We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in healthcare and real estate marketing across the UAE. Our work focuses on creating high-impact social media content, video production, and performance-driven campaigns for clinics, doctors, and property brands.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Arabic-speaking Content Creator who can plan, shoot, and execute engaging social media content in collaboration with our videography team.

This role involves both creative ideation and on-site execution — attending shoots, guiding clients on camera, and ensuring content aligns with marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Write scripts, hooks, captions, and content outlines (Arabic required)
• Attend filming sessions with the videographer at client locations
• Direct talent (doctors, agents, staff) during shoots
• Ensure content matches brand voice and marketing strategy
• Stay updated on social media trends and adapt them for clients
• Assist in planning content calendars
• Coordinate with the creative and marketing team
• Occasionally appear on camera if required

Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker (Mandatory)
• Good English communication skills
• Proven experience in social media content creation
• Comfortable working on-site and traveling within the UAE
• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
• Ability to guide non-professional clients on camera
• Organized, proactive, and creative
• Valid UAE residency (preferred)

Preferred Experience (Highly Valued)

• Experience working with healthcare or real estate brands
• Background in marketing, media, communications, or related field
• Experience working with videographers or production teams
• Understanding of performance-driven content (not just aesthetic posts)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
