Social Media Manager

Job Overview
Milestone Homes Real Estate Broker is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with real estate industry experience to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across social media platforms to promote property listings, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube).
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and property promotional videos.
• Promote property listings, open houses, and real estate campaigns.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Coordinate with agents and the marketing team for property content and updates.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity in the real estate market.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from potential clients.
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and advertisements when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in social media management within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and marketing.
• Experience in creating real estate content and property promotions.
• Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.).
• Good understanding of lead generation through social media.
• Strong communication and creative skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience working with a real estate brokerage in Dubai.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property marketing trends.
