Isla Viva Group operates three brands from Marina Puerto Chico in Fajardo — Kayaking Puerto Rico, Snorkeling Puerto Rico, and Sábalos Marina Grill & Rooftop. We run bioluminescent bay kayak tours, daily snorkeling excursions, and a waterfront restaurant with a rooftop event venue. The content opportunity here is exceptional — glowing water at night, open ocean, and a marina restaurant. If you can't find something worth shooting here, this isn't the right fit.

Position Overview

We are hiring a part-time independent contractor to produce photo and video content across all three brands. You will go on tours, visit the restaurant, and shoot. The Marketing Manager directs what gets made and how it gets used. Your job is to produce content that stops the scroll — authentic, high-quality, and built for Instagram Reels and Stories.

This is not a social media management role. You produce. The Marketing Manager distributes.

This is a non-exclusive contractor relationship. You are free to work with other clients.

What You Will Shoot

• Bio Bay kayak tours — night shoots, bioluminescence, guest reactions, guide moments
• Snorkeling excursions — on-water action, underwater where possible, boat life
• Sábalos — food, cocktails, rooftop ambiance, private events, marina views
• Behind the scenes — guides prepping gear, crew on the water, kitchen moments

Monthly Deliverables

• 8–12 short-form video clips ready for Instagram Reels and Stories across all three brands
• 20–30 photo assets — tour action, guest moments, food and venue for Sábalos
• All raw files delivered to Marketing Manager within 48 hours of shoot
• All final edited assets delivered within 5 business days of shoot

Content Ownership

All content produced under this contract is owned exclusively by Isla Viva Group. Raw files included. You may not repost, reuse, or share any content produced under this agreement without prior written approval from Isla Viva Group.

Who You Are

• Demonstrated experience shooting action, water, and low-light content — Bio Bay night shoots are a core deliverable, not an occasional one
• Instagram Reels and short-form video native — you understand what performs, not just what looks technically clean
• Reliable and self-directed — you show up, you shoot, you deliver on time
• Comfortable on boats and in and around water
• Local Puerto Rico based — Fajardo area strongly preferred

Compensation

• $800–$1,200 per month depending on experience and deliverable volume
• Independent contractor — 1099
• Approximately 15–20 hours per month, 2–3 days on-site
