Job Title: Personal Brand Content Manager (CEO Office)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative, execution-driven individual to build and manage the CEO’s personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. This role demands strong content instincts, hands-on production capability, and the ability to consistently deliver high-impact, engaging content in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end content creation for the CEO’s personal social media platforms
• Plan and execute a personal branding strategy aligned with business goals
• Write compelling, high-converting captions and manage basic DM interactions
• Research trends and develop viral-style video scripts
• Shoot and edit videos (Reels, Shorts, and long-form content)
• Capture content during meetings, office activities, and live events
• Work closely with the CEO and Creative Director
• Maintain a consistent tone, authority, and brand voice
• Identify trends, hooks, and high-performing content formats
• Optimize content for engagement, reach, and audience growth

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook algorithms
• Hands-on experience in mobile-first video shooting and editing
• Ability to write engaging captions and understand DM handling basics
• Deep understanding of:
• Hooks and attention-grabbing intros
• Click-worthy content and thumbnail thinking
• Audience retention techniques
• Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and audio
• Ability to execute quickly and meet tight content deadlines

Mandatory Requirements:

• Valid driving license
• Own car (required for mobility with the CEO)
• Own iPhone or high-quality camera device
• Flexibility for on-the-go content creation throughout the day
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, real-time environment
• Available to join immediately

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Experience in personal branding or influencer content
• Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
• Understanding of content analytics and performance tracking
• Experience in corporate or finance-related content

KPIs / Performance Metrics:

• Consistency in daily/weekly content output
• Growth in followers and engagement rates
• Video performance (views, retention, shares)
• Quality, creativity, and execution of content
• Contribution to lead generation and brand visibility
