Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Content Design & PR Specialist to support our marketing and communication efforts. This role combines content creation, visual design, and PR coordination, ensuring consistency across brand communication, social media presence, and external partnerships. We are specifically looking for a professional Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills, who understands local culture and can effectively collaborate in an international work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation (Visual & Video)

• Create visual assets for social media, campaigns, and PR materials
• Shoot and edit video content for campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions
• Maintain a consistent visual style and storytelling across all content outputs

2. Social Media Management

• Manage and publish content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X)
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns and brand messaging
• Track performance and optimize content based on engagement insights

3. PR Coordination

• Coordinate PR workflows with internal teams and external agencies
• Support content review, approval, and media publication processes 
• Ensure timely execution of PR initiatives and deliverables

4. Platform Communication

• Manage communication with platform partners (e.g., Apple App Store)
• Handle featuring submissions, follow-ups, and product-related inquiries
• Align with platform opportunities and ensure timely updates

5. Campaign & Event Support

• Support key campaigns and events (e.g., Suhoor events, Opening Ceremony)
• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery
• Assist in content production and on-site/remote coordination when needed

Requirements

Core Skills

• Proficient in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.)
• Skilled in video shooting and editing (Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and content aesthetics

Experience

• Experience in social media management across multiple platforms
• Background in PR, marketing, or content-related roles
• Experience working with cross-functional teams or external agencies

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
