Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management—from intake to delivery—scoping work, setting timelines, and managing deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product Design, Editorial, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to align on priorities and requirements.
• Run stakeholder reviews, track progress, and troubleshoot roadblocks.
• Balance multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Facilitate team meetings, communicate clearly across time zones, and keep documentation organized.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years in project/production management for consumer-facing design (in-house or agency).
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel project lifecycles.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, especially with design, editorial, and engineering teams.
• Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complexity and manage ambiguity.
• Proficient in Slack, Wrike (or similar), and Box.
