You will define how a next-generation SME digital banking platform communicates with business owners across the UAE.

This role is not about writing button labels. It is about designing text-heavy, structured, and conversational interfaces that make complex financial tasks feel clear, fast, and confidence-building.

We are launching in Q1 2025 with a product vision focused on simplicity and flexibility. Business owners should not need to learn banking terminology or navigate complex menus. Your content strategy will be a core part of how the product works.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in DIFC, Dubai. Remote work is not available for this position.

What You Will Do

• Own content design principles across the product: voice, tone, terminology, and content patterns
• Design content for information-dense banking flows (payments, beneficiaries, transactions, cards)
• Architect content structures that prioritize scannability, speed, and decision-making clarity
• Redesign and improve core user flows through content (clearer microcopy, progressive disclosure, contextual help)
• Build and maintain a scalable content design system (guidelines, reusable patterns)
• Work closely with product designers, PMs, engineers, researchers, and AI specialists in a fast-moving environment

What You Bring — Hard Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in UX writing or content design
• Experience in fintech, digital banking, SaaS, or complex transactional products (not marketing copywriting)
• Strong skills in content modeling and information architecture
• Hands-on experience working in Figma
• Experience working with user research, prototyping, and iteration
• Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating strategic content work (flows, principles, systems)

Required — Soft Skills

• Strong user empathy and understanding of business users’ constraints
• Ability to defend content decisions with logic, research, and outcomes
• Comfort working in ambiguity and evolving product requirements
• Systems thinking: ability to design content for scale, not single screens
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or voice interfaces
• Background in banking, fintech, B2B products, or product studios
• Experience with design systems and component-based content design
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive content practices (WCAG 2.1 AA)
