Content Developer

We are looking for a Content Developer (Intern or 0-3 years of experience) with strong English language proficiency, excellent writing skills, and the ability to create engaging, error-free, and easy-to-understand content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality written content for learning materials, training modules, articles, and presentations.
• Ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and coherence in all content pieces.
• Conduct thorough research on various topics to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Adapt complex information into easy-to-understand and engaging content.
• Work closely with designers, subject matter experts, and project managers to ensure content aligns with project goals.
• Proofread and edit content to eliminate errors and maintain a consistent tone.
• Stay updated with industry trends, content writing techniques, and best practices.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in content writing, content development, or a related field.
• Exceptional English language proficiency (both written and verbal).
• Strong grammar, vocabulary, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Ability to research and simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Google Docs.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of structure in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Good to Have:

• Experience with SEO-based content writing.
• Understanding of corporate and educational content development.
• Ability to develop basic visual layouts or presentations.

Work Schedule:

• Work from Office – Baner, Pune.
• 6 days working with alternate Saturdays off as per project needs.
