Content Development Manager (Assets, Websites, E-Com)

What you´ll do

  • Define how content assets contribute to holistic touchpoint strategy, ensuring brand consistency while driving engagement.
  • Champion creative quality by aligning with global guidelines, platform requirements and local needs.
  • Introduce and scale new tools, formats and production technologies to accelerate asset creation and adaptation.
  • Use insights, platform trends and creative effectiveness learnings to continuously raise asset quality.
  • Consolidate and share best practices to strengthen activations and enable local market excellence.
  • Lead website content strategy, setting master structures (UX, IA, content hierarchy) and brand copybooks.
  • Roll out implementation guidelines ensuring consistent execution across markets·
  • Supervise updates, launches, and seasonal publishing to guarantee timely and high-quality go-lives.
  • Establish alignment between Regional and Local Marketing on tech, structural and content-related topics
  • Monitor website performance and recommend improvements grounded in analytics
  • Develop master PDPs (descriptions, visuals, A+ content) that balance brand storytelling with performance
  • Oversee e-commerce content production, ensuring scalability, cost efficiency and cross-platform consistency
  • Introduce workflows and tools that accelerate production and improve adaptation
  • Define standards and rollout models to ensure smooth execution with Local Marketing
  • Partner with Regional and Local Marketing to secure clarity of roles, efficient workflows, and high-quality outputs

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, content development, and campaign management preferably within a creative or digital agency environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, and managing integrated 360° campaigns.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage website and e-commerce content, ensuring brand consistency and optimized user experience.
  • Skilled in content strategy, copywriting, and creative asset production for digital, social, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficient in web analytics (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Insights), SEO/SEM, and performance tracking to drive measurable results.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Exposure to FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods industries is an advantage.
