Position Overview
We are looking for a Content Development Representative (CDR) to serve as a strategic storyteller, educator, and SEO authority. This individual will produce 15 long-form, SEO-optimized articles per month, while also developing supporting videos, micro-content, and structured online courses. The CDR will work across a broad intellectual landscape—covering Internet Services, Applications, Data, Users, Technologies, Transmissions, Security, Value, Impact, Transformation, Enterprise, Government, Society, Institutions, and Advancements—and ensure our organization becomes a recognized source of knowledge leadership.

This is not just a publishing role. It is a knowledge-building, traffic-driving, authority-establishing role that connects research, SEO, multimedia, and thought leadership into a cohesive growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Publish 15 authoritative articles per month (1,500–3,000 words each) that balance depth, readability, and SEO effectiveness.
  • Develop supporting multimedia:
  • Video explainers (YouTube-ready, 3–10 minutes each).
  • Infographics, slide decks, and visual summaries.
  • E-learning modules or micro-courses tied to core themes.
  • Ensure content addresses different layers of audience sophistication: executives, practitioners, policymakers, students, and general readers.
  • Expand content into evergreen pillar pages, FAQs, and topical glossaries that reinforce domain authority.

SEO Mastery & Content Architecture

  • Conduct continuous keyword research using SEMrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, and Clearscope.
  • Build topic clusters and content hubs to dominate specific knowledge domains.
  • Optimize all content for:
  • On-page SEO: meta data, H1–H3 hierarchy, schema markup, internal linking.
  • Technical SEO: site speed, URL structure, crawlability, mobile-first design.
  • Off-page SEO: guest posts, backlinks, influencer collaborations, and content syndication.
  • Create a content taxonomy that aligns articles, courses, and videos into a search-friendly, user-intuitive structure.
  • Monitor and report SEO progress through dashboards and regular performance reviews.

Knowledge Domains & Thought Leadership

The CDR will establish expertise across 12 interconnected domains:

  • Internet Services – Cloud computing, APIs, ISPs, SaaS ecosystems.
  • Applications – Enterprise solutions, AI tools, mobile platforms, consumer apps.
  • Data – Analytics, governance, privacy, ethics, monetization.
  • Users – UX/UI, accessibility, behavioral science, human-centered design.
  • Technologies & Transmissions – Networks, telecom, IoT, quantum, 5G/6G.
  • Security – Cybersecurity, identity, risk, compliance, fraud prevention.
  • Value – ROI, efficiency, optimization, cost-benefit frameworks.
  • Impact – Case studies, success stories, industry disruptions.
  • Transformation – Digital maturity, workforce reskilling, automation.
  • Enterprise – IT strategy, SaaS adoption, B2B ecosystems, vendor management.
  • Government & Institutions – Policy, regulation, public-sector innovation.
  • Society & Advancements – AI ethics, societal adaptation, education, healthcare, sustainability.

Each article and multimedia output will connect technical details to enterprise, societal, and institutional implications, building contextual authority.

Performance & Engagement

  • Use data-driven insights to adapt content to emerging audience needs.
  • Ensure each piece of content:
  • Targets primary & secondary keywords with strong intent alignment.
  • Achieves engagement goals (CTR, time on page, scroll depth).
  • Reinforces brand authority within its domain.
  • Repurpose top-performing articles into LinkedIn thought leadership posts, executive briefs, and newsletter features.
  • Align content strategy with lead generation, subscriber growth, and course enrollments.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of content creation with measurable SEO success.
  • Track record of publishing long-form, high-performing articles in tech, business, or policy.
  • Expertise in SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Clearscope, SurferSEO.
  • Strong research, analysis, and multimedia storytelling abilities.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) and analytics suites (GA4, GSC).
  • Familiarity with video editing, e-learning platforms, and visual content tools (Premiere, Camtasia, Articulate, Canva, etc.).

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Authority: Secure at least 10 quality backlinks per article.
  • Conversions: Drive measurable increases in subscribers, course enrollments, and leads.
