Content Director

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on, quick-thinking Content Director to join DigiTea’s Dubai team.
You’ll be the creative force on set — directing founders and clients during shoots, refining scripts on the go, and ensuring every frame captures attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct clients and founders during social media shoots, ensuring natural delivery and confidence on camera.
• Adapt scripts, lines, and shot ideas instantly to fit tone, audience, or energy.
• Collaborate with videographers, editors, and strategists to bring concepts to life.
• Coordinate pre-shoot planning (concepts, locations, wardrobe, references, props).
• Ensure every piece of content aligns with brand strategy and platform trends.
• Guide overall creative direction for reels, ad films, and brand storytelling videos.
• Stay on top of what’s trending on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, creative direction, or production.
• Must have strong understanding of social media content formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads).
• Comfortable working directly with founders and clients on-camera.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Quick decision-maker, able to adapt creatively during shoots.
• Based in Dubai; flexible to travel for client shoots across the city.
