Content Director

The Role

We’re looking for a Content Director to own Cultark’s content vision end-to-end.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, performance, and leadership.

You will be responsible for defining how brands sound, look, and show up across all digital touchpoints while ensuring content is aligned with business goals, growth metrics, and platform behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Strategy & Vision

• Define and lead content strategy for Cultark and its clients across platforms
• Translate business objectives into scalable content frameworks
• Own brand voice, tone, storytelling guidelines, and content pillars
• Align content strategy with performance marketing and growth goals

2- Creative Direction

• Oversee creative ideation, concepts, and content narratives
• Ensure consistency across written, visual, and video content
• Review and elevate content quality before publishing
• Push creative boundaries while remaining data-driven

3- Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage content creators and copywriters
• Set clear briefs, workflows, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with Designers, Performance, Strategy, and Account teams
• Act as the final content authority and decision-maker

4- Performance & Optimization

• Use insights, analytics, and trends to optimize content impact
• Partner with performance teams to iterate content based on results
• Balance creativity with conversion, engagement, and scalability

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in content, creative, or brand leadership roles
• Proven experience in agency environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative execution
• Deep understanding of social platforms, content formats, and digital behavior
• Experience leading teams and managing multi-brand content pipelines
• Strong storytelling, copy sense, and visual judgment
• Ability to think both commercially and creatively
