Content Director & Organic Marketing Expert (Real Estate)

Munoz Ghezlan Capital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Director & Organic Marketing Expert to lead the growth of our Managing Partner’s personal brand, Deeb Ghezlan (@DeebGhezlan).

In this role, you will be the strategic mind and director behind our organic content efforts on Instagram and TikTok. You will work directly with Deeb (who will be the on-camera talent) to create compelling video content that educates our audience, builds brand authority, and drives qualified leads to our sales funnels.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes social media and has a proven track record of building personal brands in the real estate or finance space. You should be an expert in the content styles of top creators like @section8karim and our own team (@dscrmarc, @yazanghezlan).

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive organic content strategy for Instagram and TikTok.
• Lead weekly ideation sessions and create a content calendar with 30-60 video concepts per month.
• Direct and film Deeb during weekly content creation sessions in Miami.
• Manage the @DeebGhezlan social media accounts, including posting, caption writing, and community management.
• Analyze content performance and provide regular reports on key metrics (views, engagement, lead generation).
• Collaborate with our internal sales and marketing teams to ensure content is aligned with business objectives.

Who You Are:

• A strategic marketer with 3+ years of experience in organic social media and content strategy.
• You have a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to grow personal brand accounts and create engaging video content.
• You are an expert in the real estate and finance content niche.
• You are based in Miami and available for regular in-person work.
• You are a natural leader and director, able to guide on-camera talent to produce their best work.
