Content Editor

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Content Editor with a strong command of written and verbal English and the ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative team player with hands-on experience managing high-volume content and working across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and quality
• Maintain editorial standards, brand tone, and style guidelines across all content
• Collaborate closely with writers, designers, and internal stakeholders (teamwork is critical)
• Manage and edit high-volume content within strict deadlines
• Review and adapt content for different industries and audiences
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to writers to enhance content quality
• Ensure originality, factual accuracy, and coherence in all content

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–4 years of professional experience in content editing, writing, or a related role
• Excellent command of written and verbal English
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong team collaboration skills (essential requirement)
• Basic knowledge of content across multiple industries
• Demonstrated experience handling 3,000–5,000 words of original content per day at some point in previous roles
• Strong attention to detail and editorial judgment
• Experience with CMS platforms and editorial workflows
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
