ZAPTA Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Content Editor to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and optimizing content across multiple digital channels while ensuring clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the company’s brand voice.

This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong command of English, an eye for detail, and experience working with SEO-driven content in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit, proofread, and refine content for blogs, website pages, case studies, social media, and marketing materials
• Ensure all content is grammatically accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Optimize content according to SEO best practices
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content platforms
• Fact-check content and verify information before publication
• Improve content structure, readability, and user engagement
• Manage editing workflows and ensure timely delivery of content

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in content editing, proofreading, or content writing
• Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and style
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
• Experience working with blogs, websites, CMS platforms, and digital content
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating or editing content in the Tech or SaaS industry
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of AI-assisted content workflows and writing tools
• Understanding of content marketing and digital marketing strategies
