Role Overview

Expertise in digital content management, optimization, and governance using Adobe Experience Cloud tools, with a strong focus on compliance and operational excellence in regulated industries.To lead the strategic evolution of digital platforms across Web, Mobile, and Chat, ensuring seamless, personalized, and scalable experiences. This role drives excellence in Content delivery and authoring using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), platform governance, and experimentation using and Adobe Target.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Content Excellence & Governance

  • Oversee delivery of content across digital platforms, especially for critical, financial, and regulatory pages.
  • Implement robust content governance, review protocols, and escalation mechanisms.
  • Ensure zero-defect delivery through rigorous QA and validation workflows.

🔹 Automation & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive automation across authoring, target, QA, and release workflows.
  • Strengthen governance models and exception handling protocols.
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.

🔹 Strategic Leadership & Collaboration

  • Responsibile for content validation across product lines.
  • Define and execute digital content strategy across platforms.
  • Align cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Design, Development) for unified delivery.
  • Lead quarterly roadmap planning and governance reviews with cross function teams.

🔹 Technical Expertise & Platform Ownership- Preffered

  • Drive platform architecture and CMS capability enhancement with partner.
  • Lead personalization and experimentation strategy.
  • Ensure integration of automation frameworks and Six Sigma principles

Qualification

  • MBA from a Tier 1 Institute is preffered.
  • 5+ years in digital experience management.
  • Proven success in leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Six Sigma, automation, and agile delivery.

Skills

Must Have:

  • Primary Focus: Managing, cordinating, and optimizing digital content across Digital channels (Website and Mobile App)
  • Core Strengths: Content governance, compliance management, and digital workflow optimization.
  • Digital Content Management — experience overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital content, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance
  • Project Management — capable of managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals in fast-paced, multi-channel digital environments.

Good To Have

  • Adobe Certified Expert (Adobe Experience for Content Authoring, Adobe Target for Direct 2 Channel experimentation)
  • Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow — skilled in managing workflows, issue tracking, and cross-functional collaboration within agile environments.
  • User Experience (UX) Collaboration — experience working with design and development teams to ensure content aligns with UX/UI best practices.
