About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and creative Content Head to lead our content and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand communication, managing content strategy across digital platforms, and leading a team of writers and creatives in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute content strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, copywriters, and social media executives.
• Review, edit, and approve all content to ensure quality, consistency, and brand voice.

Social Media & Copywriting

• Create high-impact social media copies, campaign concepts, captions, ad copies, and storytelling content.
• Oversee content creation for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and blogs.
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform algorithms.

Digital Marketing Collaboration

• Work closely with performance marketing, SEO, and design teams to support campaigns.
• Align content strategy with paid ads, lead generation, and branding objectives.
• Ensure content supports conversion-focused digital marketing initiatives.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Monitor content performance and optimize based on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
• Conduct content audits and implement continuous improvements.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for content approvals and revisions.
• Present content strategies, reports, and performance insights to management and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong expertise in social media copywriting and brand storytelling.
• Proven team leadership and people management capabilities.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO basics, and content analytics.
• Ability to handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with strategic planning skills.
