KSM Media Hut is hiring a hands-on Graphic Designer / Motion Designer who can move fast, think creatively, and build high-quality visual content that performs. This role is for someone who can design, animate, edit, and experiment with AI-powered workflows, while still having strong fundamentals in branding, layout, motion principles, and video storytelling.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Content Manager to create content for marketing campaigns, social media, case studies, and internal branding needs. If you can take a brief, turn it into a strong concept, and execute it end-to-end under tight deadlines, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-impact social media designs (static + carousel + story formats) aligned with brand and campaign goals
• Design and animate motion graphics for ads, reels, shorts, explainers, product/service promos, and brand content
• Build videos from scratch: concept → storyboard → animation/edit → final delivery
• Use AI tools to accelerate creative output: AI video generation, AI-assisted animation, generative design, upscaling, cleanup, and rapid variations
• Work on 3D elements (basic-to-intermediate): text, product-style scenes, lighting, renders, and motion where needed
• Edit green screen footage: clean keying, color matching, compositing, and adding realistic backgrounds/elements
• Create video support assets: transitions, lower-thirds, titles, kinetic typography, icons, overlays, and brand-safe templates
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with strategy, audience, and performance goals
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver on time without compromising quality
• Spot issues early (quality, format, brand consistency) and fix them fast without needing follow-ups

What We’re Looking For: Must-Have Skills

• 5–6 years experience in graphic design + video editing + motion graphics
• Strong grip on design fundamentals (composition, typography, color, hierarchy, spacing)
• Strong grip on motion fundamentals (timing, easing, transitions, pacing, storytelling)
• Pro in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Comfortable with at least one 3D tool (Cinema 4D / Blender) for basic-to-intermediate 3D work
• Experience creating content for marketing campaigns: Meta ads, YouTube shorts, TikTok, website visuals, and Google campaign creatives
• Can confidently work under pressure, handle revisions, and deliver polished output consistently
• Clear communicator who can take ownership, ask smart questions, and proactively share updates

AI + Trend Skills (Highly Preferred)

• Strong understanding of AI-assisted creative workflows including:
• AI video generation and enhancement
• AI-based rotoscoping, cleanup, upscaling, and style variations
• AI-driven concepting, storyboarding, and rapid versioning
• AI-assisted 3D remodeling and scene building
• Ability to create trend-aware content: fast hooks, strong pacing, platform-first formats, and scroll-stopping motion

What You’ll Deliver

• Brand templates: lower-thirds, transitions, story layouts, post systems
• 3D elements for product/service visuals where needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
