Content Head (Photographer + Video Editor)

We're looking for a creative, self-driven Photographer & Content Head to lead our visual content production. You’ll be capturing high-quality images/videos, managing content planning, and ensuring brand-aligned storytelling across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities (with examples):

• Shoot professional photos/videos (e.g. Podcast & educational content shoots ).
• Plan monthly content calendars with marketing (e.g., upcoming launches, campaigns, events).
• Edit and deliver final media (e.g., short-form Reels, YouTube shorts, Facebook content).
• Manage content library (e.g., sorted folders for social media, campaigns, press).
• Direct team in content shoots (e.g., guide staff on camera presence, location setup).
• Capture and post BTS of meetings or dev updates (e.g., agile updates, startup grind).
• Collaborate with design & marketing (e.g., providing raw assets for designers, syncing with post timelines).
• Stay updated with trends (e.g., Instagram/LinkedIn formats, camera hacks, AI tools for editing).

Ideal Candidate:

• Have a DSLR/Mirrorless Camera
• Knows photo & video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, CapCut, Lightroom).
• Understands branding + visual storytelling.
• Is active on social media or has a portfolio of creative work.
• Knows basic lighting, composition, framing, and sound.
• Has strong coordination skills to manage both shoots & content delivery timelines.
• Can travel (if required) for external brand shoots or event coverage.
