Job Overview:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic team. This role provides cross-functional support in content and knowledge management, communications and marketing, editorial, and event coordination. You will be an integral part of delivering consistent, high-quality support to the stakeholders and work independently and with the team in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
:

Provide end-to-end assistance with internal communications and newsletters.

Prepare metrics reports for newsletters /campaigns.

Manage the lifecycle of digital knowledge assets including collection, content review, publication and distribution

Support content migration between platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Connected Source etc).

Prepare wins and opportunity reports and assist in industry performance tracking, reporting and high-level analysis (this refers to being able to describe revenue changes month to month and add as call-outs on slides)

Create data visualizations to aid decision-making and knowledge capture.

Perform content tagging, transcription, and redaction to ensure high data usability.

Support virtual/in-person event and conferences.
Skills and experience:

Quick learner with experience working both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced or unstructured settings.

Keen interest in learning more about our clients, industries, markets and breadth of services/capabilities across the PwC Network.

Good data gathering, handling and analysis skillset.
-
Experience in or willingness to learn new tools, e.g. Salesforce, Alteryx, PowerBI.

Ability to work under pressure and complete projects in a timely and accurate manner.

Comfortable asking questions and making suggestions on improvements and best practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in tools like MS Office, SharePoint, Salesforce CRM/ Einstein Analytics (preferred).

Knowledge of Healthcare or Consumer Products industry is a plus.

Qualifications:

MBA in Finance, Economics, or Marketing

Digital Marketing certification preferred
