Job Overview:


Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic team. This role provides cross-functional support in content and knowledge management, communications and marketing, editorial, and event coordination. You will be an integral part of delivering consistent, high-quality support to the stakeholders and work independently and with the team in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities :

  • Provide end-to-end assistance with internal communications and newsletters.
  • Prepare metrics reports for newsletters /campaigns.
  • Manage the lifecycle of digital knowledge assets including collection, content review, publication and distribution
  • Support content migration between platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Connected Source etc).
  • Prepare wins and opportunity reports and assist in industry performance tracking, reporting and high-level analysis (this refers to being able to describe revenue changes month to month and add as call-outs on slides)
  • Create data visualizations to aid decision-making and knowledge capture.
  • Perform content tagging, transcription, and redaction to ensure high data usability.
  • Support virtual/in-person event and conferences.

Skills and experience:

  • Quick learner with experience working both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced or unstructured settings.
  • Keen interest in learning more about our clients, industries, markets and breadth of services/capabilities across the PwC Network.
  • Good data gathering, handling and analysis skillset.
  • Experience in or willingness to learn new tools, e.g. Salesforce, Alteryx, PowerBI.
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete projects in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Comfortable asking questions and making suggestions on improvements and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office, SharePoint, Salesforce CRM/ Einstein Analytics (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Healthcare or Consumer Products industry is a plus.
  • Able to engage effectively with multicultural stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, able to multitask and reprioritize as needed.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Ability to analyze and anticipate stakeholder needs to meet expectations.


Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance, Economics, or Marketing
  • Digital Marketing certification preferred
