As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Content Management Specialist to drive content creation, marketing, and distribution strategies to enhance our digital presence and better serve patients seeking medical solutions abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management: Develop, manage, and optimize high-quality, engaging, and informative content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and patient education materials.
- Backlink Development: Build and manage high Domain Authority (DA) backlinks to improve SEO performance and drive organic traffic to PlacidWay’s website.
- Social Media Marketing: Plan, create, and execute content strategies for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to increase patient engagement, brand visibility, and promote medical tourism services.
- Utilization of AI Tools: Leverage advanced AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other content-generation technologies to streamline content creation, research, and digital marketing processes.
- Graphic Design with Canva: Design compelling visual assets including banners, social media posts, infographics, and other multimedia content using Canva to support written content and campaigns.
- SEO Strategy Implementation: Apply both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing content, and improving search engine rankings to ensure maximum visibility of PlacidWay’s content.
- Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement content strategies aligned with business objectives and patient needs.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track the performance of content across platforms using analytics tools and refine content strategies to improve audience engagement, conversions, and SEO rankings.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in content writing, digital marketing, and content management, ideally in the healthcare or medical tourism sector.
- SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page strategies, and backlink development.
- Content Marketing & Distribution: Expertise in creating, curating, and distributing content across various digital channels, including websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with AI Tools: Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and others for content generation, research, and marketing.
- Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva or other design tools to create high-quality visual content that complements written materials.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and a creative approach to content creation.
- Problem-Solving & Independence: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the healthcare, medical tourism, or related industries is preferred.
- Analytics & SEO Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics or other SEO and content analytics tools.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML for content formatting and SEO optimization.
- Understanding of Patient Journeys: Insight into how content influences patient decisions and the healthcare decision-making process.
