Position Summary
The Content Manager will lead the creation, curation, deployment, and optimization of content across digital and print platforms to elevate the brand presence of a luxury hospitality agency. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, editorial expertise, and a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
· Content Strategy & Planning
o Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals and luxury positioning.
o Maintain an editorial calendar that supports seasonal campaigns, events, and promotions.
· Content Creation & Optimization
o Write, edit, and oversee high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral.
o Ensure all content reflects the brands’ tone, voice, and luxury standards.
o Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
· Digital & Social Media Management
o Deployment of Social Media and monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics.
o Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure content is distributed effectively across platforms.
· Stakeholder Collaboration
o Work closely with marketing, design, PR, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
o Liaise with clients, external agencies, photographers, and influencers to produce branded content.
· Website & CMS Oversight
o Manage content updates via CMS platforms.
o Ensure website content is current, accurate, and visually aligned with luxury standards.
· Required Skills & Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
o 3–5 years of experience in content management, preferably in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
o Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing luxury content.
o Proficiency in Social Media platforms, SEO tools, and analytics software.
o Understanding of luxury branding, customer experience, and storytelling.
· Preferred Qualifications
o Experience with international content localization.
o Familiarity with AI tools for content automation.
o Certifications in content marketing or digital strategy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
