About the brand
Digital‑first skincare brand selling online across the GCC.

The role (80/20)
Build a high‑velocity content engine (UGC + short‑form video + editorial) that feeds paid and organic with winning creatives.

Key outcomes (first 90–180 days)

  • Content OS live: editorial calendar, creator pipeline, asset library—60+ new assets/month.
  • 8–12 winning creatives/quarter (measurable CVR/ROAS or engagement lifts) and a creative testing framework.
  • Organic sessions +40% and brand search +25% via TikTok/IG/YouTube + SEO content.
  • Claims & compliance workflow with Product (INCI/claims substantiation).
  • Retention content that lifts email CTR +20% and repeat rate +5 pts.

What you’ll do

  • Own brand narrative and voice across TikTok/IG/YouTube, site, email/SMS, and packaging copy.
  • Run an always‑on creator/UGC program (briefs, rights, whitelisting).
  • Partner with Revenue & Growth on creative strategy (hooks, angles, LP alignment).
  • Stand up a lean studio workflow: scripts, production, editing, QA, asset tagging.
  • Track creative‑level performance with Tech; publish learnings.

Must‑haves

  • Portfolio of D2C beauty/skincare (or adjacent) content with measurable results.
  • Strong short‑form video leadership and UGC ops; comfortable with analytics & rights.
  • Excellent written English; Arabic a plus.

Compensation & benefits

  • Full‑time base: AED 12,000–16,000
  • Visa, health insurance, annual leave per UAE law.
