Architect and implement AI-augmented workflows to ideate, draft, and optimize content at high velocity without compromising on quality or brand voice.
Translate approved Go-To-Market (GTM) and Creative strategies into formal, holistic content execution plans with clear timelines and deliverables.
Write and edit flagship assets, including long-form blog posts, high-converting web page copy, video scripts, and thought leadership pieces.
Manage the company-wide Editorial Calendar, define and enforce the Brand Voice & Tone, and drive the SEO Content Strategy to ensure organic growth.
Supervise and edit the work of the Content Executive, ensuring all output is on-brand, factually accurate, and polished, while fostering their professional growth.
Partner with the Product Marketing (PMM) Associate to write app store descriptions and launch blogs; serve as the dedicated copywriter for the Growth team’s Lifecycle/CRM needs (emails, push notifications, in-app messages).
Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Influencer Marketing Manager to ensure they are equipped with the necessary long-form content assets and narratives for their campaigns.
Requirements
Advanced ability to use LLMs for research, outlining, drafting, and editing. Must demonstrate a human-in-the-loop workflow that maximizes speed.
Exceptional command of English grammar, style, and persuasive writing techniques for diverse formats (long-form, micro-copy, scripts).
Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, internal linking strategies, and using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or SurferSEO.
Experience managing content within CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) and using Google Analytics/Search Console to measure content performance.
Ability to manage editorial calendars and workflows using tools like Asana, Jira, or Notion.
