Key Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Content Manager, the Employee may be required:

  • Lead the content team and calendar, oversee content production aligned with business goals.
  • Ideate and produce content across the buyer journey (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver engaging blogs, ebooks, case studies and social content.
  • Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices and brand tone.
  • Repurpose and optimize existing content for improved reach and performance.
  • Manage guest posting opportunities and collaborations with external contributors
  • Research industry-related topics for SocialBu’s Blog (with the help of online sources and studies) and Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content, and recommend new topics
  • Responsible for all editorial content planning (content calendar, documentation) and execution.
  • Other duties may arise from time to time and be assigned to the Employee.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have a working Laptop/PC.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically and identify and resolve problems.
  • Recent hands-on experience, especially in developing Content Strategy for Blogs.
  • Have Quality communication skills for successful outreach
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience. (Internship experience does not fulfil this requirement)
  • Familiarization with WordPress and website optimization tools, including google trends, keyword planner, SEMRUSH, AHREFS, etc.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently with a structured and disciplined approach - we aim for the highest quality the first time and every time, not “hacking”.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience at a marketing agency or SaaS startup.
  • Experience with email marketing, social media content, or PR outreach.
  • Understanding of content distribution via Reddit, LinkedIn, and other communities.

Job Type: Full-time (Mon - Fri)

Job Timing: (10AM - 6PM)

Work Location: On-site (ONLY)

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
