Job Overview

SourceTek is hiring an experienced Content Manager for one of its clients based in Lahore. We are seeking a strategic and creative professional who can lead content initiatives, manage a team of writers and designers, oversee client accounts, and ensure the delivery of high-quality content that aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies across multiple digital platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content writers, editors, and creative professionals.
• Review, edit, and approve content to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Manage multiple client portfolios and serve as the primary point of contact for content-related requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and reporting.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, SEO, and social media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Create and manage content calendars, project timelines, and team workloads.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet client expectations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, content best practices, and emerging digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Content Management, Content Marketing, or a related role.
• Proven experience managing content teams and client portfolios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience working with SEO, social media, and digital marketing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance standards.
• Experience with content management systems and collaboration tools is preferred.
