Working Hours: Day Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM
Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview:

Hashtag Media is looking for a dynamic and creative Content Manager Assistant - Intern to work directly as a Personal Assistant to our Content Manager. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital content creation and viral media. If you're comfortable with Canva and Photoshop, and can dive deep into research, this is a perfect learning opportunity to grow in the digital media industry — with a clear path to a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Content Manager in daily content operations and planning.
• Assist in creating and editing content for social media posts.
• Use Photoshop and Canva to design engaging visuals.
• Conduct online research on trends, competitors, and viral formats to support content planning.
• Help in organizing digital assets and managing project files.
• Collaborate with the content and production team to brainstorm ideas and execute concepts.
• Stay updated with the latest content trends, formats, and platforms.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop,Premiere Pro, and other graphic design tools.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles.
• Strong research skills across various Social Media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous internship, freelance, or personal project experience in content creation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Snapchat, Facebook, etc.
