Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns) tailored to the construction and real estate audience
• Manage and grow company profiles across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and lead generation ads
• Monitor trends in real estate marketing and competitor activities
• Respond to inquiries, messages, and comments professionally
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to highlight ongoing and upcoming projects
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and improvements
• Coordinate with designers and videographers for high-quality visual content

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management (preferably in real estate or construction industry)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication and content writing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
