Social Media Manager

We’re Hiring - Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to join our team full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee social media accounts across multiple platforms
• Plan content calendars, campaigns, and social media strategies
• Create, shoot, and manage social media content for in-house brands and clients
• Run and optimize ads/performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Google
• Monitor ad performance, insights, and analytics to improve results
• Stay updated with social media trends, reels, and digital marketing strategies
• Prepare monthly reports and performance analysis

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management and performance marketing
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising campaigns
• Experience in running lead generation, conversion, and engagement campaigns
• Good content creation and social media shooting skills
• Creative mindset with strong communication and copywriting abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented personality
