Social Media Manager

TECHNEXIA is looking for a creative, energetic, and confident Social Media Manager to take the reins of our company and client social media accounts!

If you are a fresh graduate with a burning passion for digital growth and a portfolio of creative work (even if it’s from your university days!), we want YOU on our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Brainstorm & Plan: Concept creative, scroll-stopping content calendars.
• Execute & Post: Handle daily posting across multiple platforms with engaging captions and hashtags.
• Engage: Manage and grow online communities, responding to comments and DMs with a strong brand voice.
• Track Performance: Analyze metrics to see what’s working and how we can grow bigger.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).
• Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience. Crucial Plus: Hands-on experience managing social media pages/handles for university events, student societies, or departmental clubs.
• Skills: Highly creative, trend-aware, confident, and presentable.
• Tools: Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) and familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite is a huge plus.
• Requirement: A creative portfolio (showcasing your university work, personal creator projects, or internship designs/copywriting) is required.
