Content & Marketing Coordinator (Personal Brand - Tech)

Who We Are:

We have a personal brand of a software agency founder, active on YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Mailing List & Skool. We share insights on building apps, growing startups, and navigating the tech world for an audience of founders, developers, and tech professionals. We operate in a fast-paced, remote-first environment built on trust, transparency, and a proactive mindset.

The founder creates the core "seed" content (videos, long-form posts, initial ideas).

We are now looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy coordinator to be the engine that powers our content distribution and growth.

The Role:

You are the operational backbone of our content strategy. Your role begins where the raw content creation ends. You will take videos, drafts, and ideas and repurpose, polish, and distribute them across all our channels. You are not just a task-doer; you are a proactive partner who owns the content lifecycle, identifies opportunities for growth, and ensures our brand shows up consistently and professionally.

Your success is measured by a smoothly running content calendar, growing channel analytics, and the founder's ability to focus solely on creating the next piece of high-value content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Coordination & Publishing (The Core Engine)

  • Own the Content Calendar: Manage and maintain the marketing calendar in ClickUp, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with Creatives: Act as the main point of contact for our freelance YouTube editor and thumbnail designer to ensure all assets are delivered on time.
  • Content Repurposing & Creation: Take long-form content and founder's ideas and transform them into various formats:
  • Use Descript for light video editing (trimming clips, removing filler words).
  • Use Canva to create visuals like LinkedIn carousels and assist with thumbnails.
  • Use AI tools to convert YouTube videos into polished blog posts.
  • Develop the founder's core ideas into engaging newsletters.
  • Publishing & Scheduling: Schedule and publish all finalized content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, our Skool community, and the Webflow blog.

2. Community Engagement & Growth (Audience Building)

  • Social Media Monitoring: Keep a close eye on all social channels for comments and engagement. Respond where appropriate or flag important conversations for the founder.
  • Community Management: Post content and facilitate engagement within our private Skool community.
  • Proactive Engagement: Actively engage with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and relevant accounts on LinkedIn and Twitter to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
  • Lead & Opportunity Tracking: Monitor social channels and communities for incoming leads or opportunities, capturing them accurately in our CRM.

3. Marketing Operations & Optimization (System Improvement)

  • Analytics & Performance Ownership: Own the analytics for all content channels. Track key performance metrics, create simple reports, and provide insights on what is resonating with our audience.
  • CRM Management: Manage contacts within HubSpot, ensuring members from our Skool community are properly tagged and segmented for communication.
  • Process & Systems: Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all marketing tasks and become the expert on our marketing tech stack (HubSpot, ClickUp, Buffer, Canva etc.).

To Succeed in This Role, You Have:

  • Proven experience in a marketing, content, or social media coordination role. Experience working directly with founders or personal brands is a major plus.
  • Tech-Savviness: You are extremely comfortable with technology and can learn new software and AI tools with lightning speed. Experience with Canva, Descript, and HubSpot (or similar CRM/email platforms) is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional Organization: You can juggle multiple platforms, deadlines, and stakeholders without letting anything slip. You live by your project management tool (we use ClickUp).
  • A Keen Eye for Detail: You are a master of polishing. You can spot a formatting error from a mile away and ensure every piece of content that goes out is top-notch.
  • Proactive Mindset: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see opportunities to improve a process or repurpose a piece of content and you take the initiative.
  • Superb English Communication Skills: Your written English is flawless.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
