Faisalabad, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns across various digital channels.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, monitor rankings, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

• Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic.
• Monitor ad performance, adjust bids, and refine ad copy.

4. Social Media Marketing:

• Create and manage social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Develop engaging content, schedule posts, and analyze performance metrics.

5. Email Marketing:

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
• Segment email lists, A/B test campaigns, and track open rates and click-through rates.

6. Content Marketing:

• Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality blog posts, articles, and other digital content.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

7. Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.

8. Collaboration with Central Office (Glasgow, UK):

• Work closely with the management team in Glasgow, UK, ensuring alignment with UK time zones.
• Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to cross-functional initiatives

Commission Compensation:

• Commission percentage and specific terms will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2C context.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
