Assistant Manager Digital Marketing

Faisalabad, Pakistan

Nutrifactor Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to strengthen our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, and other channels) with a strong focus on ROI, customer acquisition, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage organic and paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other performance channels
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to maximize reach and relevance
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and digital assets
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
  • Ensure alignment of digital strategies with overall business goals, coordinating with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and e-commerce)

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or performance marketing)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Hands-on experience in running campaigns for eCommerce brands
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable strategies
