SEO Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization strategies and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and boost overall online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend monitoring to identify opportunities for growth.

Optimize on-page elements including content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.

Manage technical SEO, including crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile optimization, and schema markup.

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation.

Oversee link-building strategies and outreach campaigns to increase domain authority.

Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.

Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Provide leadership, training, and support to junior SEO specialists.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Proven experience (5–8 years) as an SEO Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).

In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and CMS platforms (WordPress) is a plus.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
