Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships. This role requires a hands-on, versatile marketer who can manage both strategic planning and day-to-day execution in a small-business environment. Hours are flexible and eventually this can turn into a full time position. This is an in person position at our physical office location.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Develop compelling written, visual, and video content that highlights the company’s brand, services, and customer success stories.
  • Manage the creation and scheduling of social media posts across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across all marketing channels.

Marketing Strategy & Budget Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize marketing initiatives that align with company goals.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
  • Track and report on ROI for all marketing efforts.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including AdWords strategy, budget, keyword optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee website content updates, SEO, and online presence to drive inbound leads.
  • Monitor analytics and adjust campaigns to improve performance.

Brand Management

  • Coordinate and order branded apparel, promotional items, and event materials.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across internal and external communications.
  • Support company events, sponsorships, and community involvement efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to create content that supports customer engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation and digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads/AdWords and analyzing campaign results.
  • Experience with social media management, SEO, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Oil Delivery or Home Energy Services.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot marketing automation tools.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
