We’re hiring for a Content Marketing Manager at Kiswe. This is your chance to work with and help lead a company that is defining the future of video streaming. The salary range applicable to this role is $79,000 - $98,000. This role ideally will sit in our US Headquarters at our offices in New Providence, New Jersey, but we are open to remote US candidates who meet or exceed our qualifications. Please note, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.


Description:

This Content Marketing Manager role is responsible for the overall corporate content strategy and the creation, curation, and management of content produced for web, mobile, social, and other platforms on behalf of Kiswe. It is crucial for this role to have a strong understanding of Kiswe’s technology and brand voice, following and enforcing brand guidelines from both a written and creative perspective. This role reports into the Vice President of Marketing, and sits on the team with a Partnership Marketing Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and maintenance of the overall company content strategy
  • Develop, research, write, and publish blogs, case studies, and white papers for the corporate website, involving the necessary stakeholders and parties from across the organization
  • Draft bylines and social posts for executives
  • Create and regularly update all sales materials including decks, one-pagers, etc
  • Continually monitor and optimize SEO for corporate website
  • Community manage all corporate social media accounts including managing content calendars, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring competitors
  • Lead social media customer service efforts during large events
  • Coordinate with creative team to build social assets needed to fill content calendar
  • Create and manage corporate newsletter and event-specific emails

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communication or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Gmail, etc.) and Adobe Photoshop with Canva being a plus
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling corporate narratives and exceptional writing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects
  • 3 - 4 years of content marketing experience
  • High level of familiarity with social media strategy and stays up to date on current organic social trends
  • Experience in the livestreaming, technology, sports and entertainment is a plus
