The Content Marketing Manager will own and execute MedTrainer's content strategy to drive brand awareness, generate demand, and support revenue growth. This role is both strategic and hands-on—you'll create compelling content, optimize performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our messaging resonates with healthcare audiences.
You'll play a key role in positioning MedTrainer as a thought leader in healthcare compliance, credentialing, and workforce training.
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Own the editorial calendar across all channels (blog, email, social, web, campaigns)
- Identify content opportunities across the buyer journey (awareness consideration decision)
Content Creation & Execution
- Write and produce high-quality content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, landing pages, and more
- Translate complex healthcare compliance topics into clear, engaging, and actionable content
- Partner with SMEs (product, customer success, compliance experts) to develop authoritative content
Demand Generation & Campaign Support
- Support marketing campaigns with targeted content that drives lead generation and pipeline
- Collaborate with paid media and growth teams to optimize content for conversion
- Create sales enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, battlecards)
SEO & Performance Optimization
- Own SEO strategy and execution, including keyword research and on-page optimization
- Monitor content performance and continuously optimize based on data (traffic, engagement, conversions)
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms
Brand & Thought Leadership
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all content
- Build MedTrainer's authority through thought leadership content and industry insights
- Support executive content (LinkedIn posts, bylines, speaking opportunities)
- 4–7+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work
- Experience creating content that drives measurable business results (leads, pipeline, revenue)
- Solid understanding of SEO, content distribution, and performance analytics
- Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, digestible content
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in healthcare, compliance, HR tech, or credentialing industries
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CMS platforms
- Experience with video, webinars, or multimedia content
- Basic knowledge of AI tools for content creation and optimization
